Margaritaville Favorites
If Jimmy Buffett did triathlons, The Clif Shot Block Margarita flavor would be his energy food of choice. These are also my favorite! In a long work out or race I always love these even when I don't feel like eating anything else. The black cherry flavor are also tasty and they give you an added caffeine boost. But beware- don't eat them too close to bedtime.

Great consistency and instant energy boost. The flavor is just right and chewiness always helps make me feel that little bit more satiated.

Great help with Diabetes
A family member who plays high school sports and has diabetes uses the Shot Blocks to help maintain his sugar level when he gets low. We have found nothing ss good as this product.

Delicious
Very pleased with the Clif Shot Shot Blocks. They are tasty and delicious. I've been shopping at Altrec for years and I have found their selection of top brands to be excellent, their prices fair and the service outstanding.

Chewy but tasty and effective
I love the taste, I love what it does for me. The 50 mg of caffeine is in 3 of the chews so when I just chew one at a time the lift is just right to reduce pain and give me speed. I wish they were more like jelly beans though, with a little more fat to take out some of the stickyness. They really stick to your teeth.

Package
After getting some left over "old packaging" shot blocks and using the new package for a couple months. I find the new package SO much easier to open and eat while riding and racing. Just put the end of the tube in your mouth and rip of the top. Then as you need the next block push from the bottom. Black Cherry Rocks!

works for me
I really love the product, after years of gels and sometimes upset stomach I can eat these on longer events with no ill effects. I do wish they'd have stayed with the old packaging. I find the tight wrapping hard to open with while on a bike. i usually put them into a ziplock bag on an outing
