I purchased two of these because of the quality and the price of them. You will get a lot of use out of this garment, I have one on right now that I bought aprox 2 years ago and I love it, washed it probally 75-100 times and the stitching is still in great shape and it has not shrunk, unlike the rest of my hoodies. I highly recommend this garment and the people @ altrec was great to work with.

Couldn't find a sweatshirt like this in the off season. It's still right chilly up in the Chattahoochee National Forest at night, and this is just the thing to bundle up in for a night by the fire. It's like wearing a soft, warm blanket. Good price also, but took a while to get here from up in the Northwest somewhere.

I bought this hoodie for my fiance and he absolutely loves it! The Charcoal Heather color is very versatile and the material is so soft, even after washing it. The large is pretty big, so I would err on ordering a size smaller than usual. Regardless, it's great to layer in these cold Chicago winters!

Well Altrec has really done it. A senstional price on a magnificent sweatshirt. The fit is relaxed, you better believe it. When you see it in person, you will be blown away by the quality, & look. This is the ideal thing you might wear under a softshell or ski jacket when conditions turn cold & windy.Believe me, you will not be cold. And when it warms up say, in the 50's, you can wear it around town. I have seen it at other stores, but not in 6 colors. Go for it.

Bought this after trying it out in a local store. Material is SUPER soft, really a great hoodie to get cozy in and stay warm. Nice large pocket for anything and everything including both hands to keep the wind off. I really like how the neck is kind of tight so wind doesn't blow down the neckline. One thing is, I'm 5'9" 155 and bought a medium, after one wash it did shrink a little bit, definitely be careful washing/drying.

Sturdy and comfortable, and lasts years. Best of all, they redesigned the hood for this year's version, removing the pointy peak, so you don't have to look like the Keebler elf.

I usually would wear a large for sweatshirt but found that the medium fit me well after washing and drying it on hot setting. The little key pocket is great cuz it can't fall out even when it gets too hot on my ride and I take my sweatshirt off. I find Columbia products to be well made and they last. I'm replacing a 5 year old Columbia hoodie with this one.

I bought this for my fiance, he loves it but I probably should have ordered a size smaller, because it is very baggy on him. Super soft and has a great hidden pocket on one side.

You will have plenty of room.
It's toasty and I like the little zip pocket on the right side. Good feature for small things could shift and fall out in the kangaroo pocket when out and about.
