Great hoodie, but runs a bit long
March 19, 2011
This is a great looking hoodie that I can't wait to wear tailgating or when using the BBQ smoker in the backyard in the fall. It is of a very high quality and extremely comfortable. That being said, it does run a bit big, as some other reviewers have stated. It is also fairly long, and the bottom seems tapered quite a bit so that it is a little tighter around the lower torso, which may not be so comfortable depending on your body shape. Another note is that the bottle opener is sewn on the inside rather than the outside, as the picture shows. And there is only one true "bottle/can pocket" on the front. The other two pockets are just standard ones. Should be noted since the description and some reviews reference two bottle pockets, which mine does not have (and from the looks of the picture, none do). All in all, a great hoodie that I am very happy with!
Great hoodie, unusual fit
May 17, 2011
I typically wear a size L in hoodies, jackets, and the like, so I ordered the Columbia Koozie in that size. As other online reviews have mentioned, though, the fit is somewhat unusual. It was incredibly long! I ended up taking a chance on a medium, which is a little more snug around my core, but fits better in length. It may not be a great fit for someone who is heavier than they are tall. Aside from this issue and the somewhat obnoxious manufacturer description, the Koozie is a great product. It's made from a comfortable weather-resistant material, the bottle pocket works as advertised (although you'll want to be zipped up if you're putting anything in there to prevent the hoodie from flopping open), and the bottle opener is a handy accessory. Some photos show the opener on the outside of the hoodie, but it's actually inside the waistline. Perhaps these are an older version? Also, the description mentions that you can hold two bottles or cans, but there's only one koozie pocket on the right-hand side. Just a few things to note.Pros: comfortable material, wind/waterproof
Great Hoodie So Far
March 04, 2011
Just received this the other day, and it was just in time for the rains in the Midwest (here for college, from CO). The hoodie is great and is really comfy. The material is pretty great for shedding some light rain and such. Definitely listen to the other reviewer who mentioned size, these definitely run slightly large. (I got a M and am usually a L). The jacket is also a bit long, so if you have a short torso you likely will not like the fit of this.Pros: watershed, stain resistant, thumb holes, durable material, Cons: a bit long
Great hoodie - sizing spot on
March 15, 2011
I was in the market for a lightweight hoodie that could be used for both casual and active wear. This one was perfect! It is not overly warm but good enough to keep you warm in 60 degree weather.
March 16, 2011
As other reviewers have said, it's too long. I'm 6 feet tall and the medium was about 2-3 inches too long. Also, the campfire color is more of an orange than a red. I returned mine, but if you're tall and you see a color you like, it's a quality hoodie.

I bought this jacket kinda for the joke (it has a built in bottle open for heaven sake). I quickly found out I favor wearing this jacket more than all my high end soft shells and other heavier jackets. Although it does run a smidge long, I definitely feel the cut and shape is appropriate for its targeted audience. Anytime I'm sitting around a camp fire on the beach or in the forest I certainly don't want wind or other elements blown up my backside. So its kinda nice this hoodie will make sure you keep nice and toasty. The quality of the jacket is super nice. A lot more lightweight than a soft shell, but heaver than your typical sweat shirt minus the extra bulk. It blocks wind great.Pros: chill factor : high

Living and working in Seattle, it's nice to have clothes that are suitable for the outdoors and indoors. This hoodie pretty much has it down. It's great for those days when there's a light drizzle coming down or a mild breeze, and it's warm enough but not too heavy for those offices that are kept a bit cooler. The size on these run a little big-- even after you wash them and put them through the dryer. But the bonus features (holds 2 bottles and attached bottle opener on the inside of the jacket) give this hoodie that extra flair that make it a great product.Pros: warm, comfortable, bottle opener built-in, Cons: size runs a little big
