Top quality jacket at a low price. Why waste time and gas shopping in stores when Altrec makes it this easy to get gear from the comfort of your home? The label backing on the chest is visible when the jacket's unzipped, but it's so minor an issue I still award 5 stars!

I purchased this jacket just before doing a photo shoot in the northwest. The weather was cold, windy, and light rain, but I was comfortable outdoors as well as indoors. The jacket doesn't wrinkle, so it looked just as nice coming out of the scrunched-up overhead baggage compartment as it does off the hanger. The zip-up pockets are also great to secure personal items while on the move, and large enough to warm your hands when needed.

Most Columbia men's apparel is long enough for him in standard sizes; he otherwise requires large tall. This jacket is a tad short in the body, but sleeves are fine. The backing for the logo stitching is exposed and unattractive when the front falls open. Bought a second one for him and another for me in spite of these drawbacks.

I wore this without my north face jacket today and walked outside to do some errands and this kept me warm. I live in Chicago where it can get down to -14 degrees. I recommend this to everyone! =)

I purchased one of these as a second liner to my Columbia BloodFire parka. The Steens fleece is a great weight to be worn alone (I've worn it as low as 5°F) and it works great in any of Columbia's jackets/parkas designed for their "interchange system".

This is probably the most comfortable fleece jacket I have worn. I'm 6'1", 185 lbs., and the large fits me perfectly (I normally wear large, but some larges these days seem more like XL's). The quality is good; although, as others have mentioned, the logo is visible on the inside chest when open. The zipper works particularly well, and should prove to be durable. The jacket is lightweight, so it's probably best suited for cool weather, as opposed to cold. Overall, I'm satisfied with the jacket, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable lightweight fleece.

This is a good coat for around the house or very early season use. It is very comfortable and light. It is very like a sweater although I don't really consider it as one. It is very good for layering and you simply cannot beat Altrec's price. I would definitely recommend it.
