Excellent Value
I use these when it's raining during my daily cycle commute. They pack down pretty well so don't take up too much space in my pannier. The legs are quite wide - wide enough to quickly pull them on without taking my size 13's off - but the ankles have handy hook-and-loop fasteners that tighten the fit and prevent entanglement with chain etc.
Durability seems good; I was a little concerned that the lining may snag and tear when pulling on over shoes but it has survived just fine. I normally take a 36" inseam (which means I've not many options for waterproof pants) and these are long enough when standing but do ride up the leg a little when cycling (I use overshoes to bridge the gap at the ankle).
I cycle in all seasons/weathers and these have been completely waterproof. Breathability seems OK too, but I do take it easy when I've got my wet weather gear on.
Overall I'm very satisfied and would buy again.

Nice Rain Pants
These are very well constructed rain pants. I am about 6'-4" and weight around 200 lbs and bought the large tall. They fit great.
