Long Sleeve Tee
This is a great shirt. It fits true to size and looks great by itself but also works well as a base layer. I use it mainly for bike rides on cool days. It wicks moisture well and keeps me comfortable.

Good for summer
Fits well. Good for summer - I wear it while cutting grass to keep the sun off my skin. I'd recommend this to others. Can't beat the price, great value for the money.

Comfortable, fits good, usually buy tall, but was not an option so I bought it any way and fits great. Very comfortable. Bought XL, I am 6'4 an 200lbs.

Fastest drying ever, doesn't stink after 4 days
I wore this 4 days on trek from desert to subtropical. I was the only one who wasn't changing shirts every day. It stays dry and doesn't absorb BO too bad considering how much I was sweating.

Good Length in the Arms
I bought this shirt for my boyfriend who is 6'4" and very long arms. This shirt had 36" arm length and it fit him really well. It is super comfortable for him and he really liked the fit and the look. The material was the dryfit material that is great for wearing to and from the gym.

Columbia and Altrec
Ordered this shirt on Tuesday and received it on Friday. Great service. The shirt is excellent on the trail and very comfortable to wear everyday. I love it!

Excellent product
Overall the fit was very good. Not too loose or overly tight. Moves easily wity your natural motion. The quality is excellent with good wicking of moisture, making it good for running or as a base layer. Can't judge the wear quality yet but it appears to be of substantial enough material that it should hold up well. Looks good by it self for casual wear while still providing performance. I would recommend to others and am planning to purchase more. The price was great and the service was quick. I am very satisified with this purchase.

Good base layer or by itself.
SPF 50 for the blistering sun in South Florida. Good wicking properties helps keep you cool while boating. Comfortable, antimicrobial and easy to clean.
Durability can't be judged yet but appears good.

Bad seam placement
When I got this shirt it was so comfortable I wore it around the house several times before taking it backpacking (the reason I bought it). Unfortunately, after a couple hours with the backpack on I realized that the seams across the top of the shoulders really cut into my shoulders where the backpack straps pressed. If the seams were moved to a different spot or made more comfortable the shirt would be perfect.

Great birthday present
I'm a runner and first-time altrec shopper who came here because of a birthday gift certificate.
This shirt became my present, and it's already been great for a cold-weather race. (20 fahrenheit with 12MPH winds, with a T-shirt on top) Kept the heat in, let the vapor out, and kept the wind at bay.
Fit is perfect. As mentioned frequently in reviews, the sleeves are a bit long, but that's a definite plus if you're wearing gloves. The "tailor" who claims it runs small has obviously never shopped for athletic attire.
Can't comment too much on durability yet, but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

New T-Shirts For Winter
I've owned the short sleeve version of these for a while. I originally got them for traveling, hiking, and camping but have liked them so much I now use them as my everyday t-shirt. I bought the long sleeves for a winter base layer and a sun protection t-shirt for warmer months.
The long sleeve version is just as good as the short sleeve, so they immediately got added to my everyday rotation. They are a great base layer for cold mornings so I can layer and deal with a much warmer afternoon rather than wear a heavy coat.
The fit was just as with the short sleeve t-shirts, but the sleeves are a little long. The length isn't a problem as they can be tucked under whatever long sleeve over shirt I'm wearing without bunching, and the extra length could be useful tucking them into gloves if needed.
Overall I'm happy I dumped my stack of cheap, white cotton shirts. These cost more, but they perform in so many roles and I'm thinking they'll last longer than the cotton ones as well, making them a better value.

Lightweight, and smooth against the skin. The Large I got was a tad too snug for my 17 - 17.5 inch neck. Not a fault of the cut or sizing, just the fact that I have a thick neck.

Great Base Layer Shirt
This shirt is great. It is lighweight, dries quickly, and very comfortable. It gives great sun protection and while it will take the chill out of the morning air it is not too warm to continue to wear in moderate temps which allows you to keep sun protection on your arms. I wear them to football games (great for cold morning tailgating) and as a snow ski base layer. Sleeves are a tad long but that helps them to stay under my gloves when they need to.

Most comfortable middle layer
I purchased 4 different types of base layers for this season from Altrec. This particular shirt is more comfortable than the other selections. I returned to Altrec and purchased a second Omni-Tech Mountain shirt. The fabric weight is just right. Not too hot, and keeps you warm for quick trips from the car to a store without slipping on a jacket. Columbia continues to provide some of the better products at the right price point.

I love this shirt. Extremely comfortable in all types of weather. It is cool enough to wear on warm days as sun protection and is perfect for a base layer on colder days. Material will snag kind of easy so you need to be careful in wearing it in the woods without a top layer. The sizing is spot on. I wear a med and it fits just like any med shirt I have every bought. Not too tight, not too loose. I would recommend this shirt for anything from deep sea fishing to alpine skiing.

PERFECT SHIRT FOR UV SUN PROTECTION
This shirt fits very well, is light weight, dries quickly, and most importantly protects the skin against the rays of the sun. It also looks very fashionable.

Perfect for hiking
I purchased this shirt for my husband for hiking in cool fall conditions and for layering in winter. It is a high quality functional shirt which is greatly appreciated. My husband's only wish was for the venting feature found in other his other Columbia Titanium shirts, but that's pretty minor.

Can't go wrong
I only wear this shirt casually so the comments are not related to its "performance." Fabric is great. Extreamly soft and has an unusual, but comforting warm feeling (maybe this is Normal for these shirts, but new to me). Fabric also hangs well and washes easily and doesn't wrinkle much. Sleeve length is quite long. Would love it if these shirts weren't branded on the breast.

Great fit as always

Great quality, good fit, lightweight, and quick-drying.
These shirts, short and long-sleeve, are perfect for anything you would wear a t-shirt for. I use them for hiking, basketball, or as a base layer. I tend to wear size large for tees, even though medium fits for regular shirts, and these fit great as a large.

best of this type of shirt i've tried!
i wear these shirts 5 days a week to work and for bike riding. this Columbia shirt is by far the best I've tried: very light weight,not to hot indoors at room temp, breathes well (better than others), but keeps me warm outside (so far just down to mid 40s). and great pricing from altrec. i will buy more and hoard them!

Really comfortable and blocks the sun
Used it for golf on a warm, sunny Spring day and kept the UV at bay. Later in the evening, kept the chill off of me. Worked great with my golf vest. Nice and light, plan to wear it in the tropics of Southeast Asia next month as a base layer to help keep me cool (FYI, I have a white shirt).

NICE - BUT COLOR FADED
I BOUGHT MANY OF THIS STYLE AND LOVE THEM VERY MUCH. BUT THIS RED ONE THE COLOR IS FADED. GOOD THING I DID NOT WASH IT WITH OTHER MY CLOTHS.

comfortable, good fit
these are comfortable shirts, with a 'regular' relaxed fit, much like a cotton shirt, but with the benefits of being a non-cotton. the sleeves are a little longer than normal, but not an issue. they also have a very smooth finish, more like cotton than silk. these are a great all-round anytime shirt, particularly during damp, cool weather, and as a base layer in very cold conditions.

Light and Comfortable
This is a terrific and versatile long-sleeve shirt. It performed great as a base layer during a recent spring skiing outing at Mad River Glen. It helped keep me cool and comfortable when I worked up a serious lather on steep terrain. Yet the fabric still cut the wind when the shadows (and the Vermont cold) set in late in the day. Highly recommended.

Nice shirt

Great for cool weather and active sports
I weather these for hiking in the fall through spring, and even for snowshoeing on mild days. Good wicking, fast drying and good odor control. The best light weight long sleeve for the money. Wool is probably better but costs twice as much.

Best Shirt Ever
I have six different colors of this shirt and love them all... They work well as a baselayer, but look nice enough to wear as outerwear too. They perform great in all conditions... the perfect long sleeve multitool shirt!

Best Wicking T I've ever had

Right shirt for the right price.
I must really like these shirts. I have 4 long sleeve and 4 short sleeve Mountain Tech shirts. The sleeves on the long sleeve model are a bit long, but that is better than having them too short. The shirts have performed well all summer. I am looking forward to wearing the long sleeve more as the temperature drops.

Great shirt for outdoor activities
I am a photographer who carries around a lot of equipment outside. This shirt is great for my work. Cotton shirts get heavy and warm but this shirt feels light and keeps me comfortable in all sorts of weather conditions.
