Always purchase Columbia shoes for work. Wouldn't wear anything else because of the comfort and wear of the shoe. Ordered shoe in my normal size 12, but found it a little too tight. Needed to go up a size to a 13. Love the styles and colors of Columbia.
Pros: wear and comfort.
