I was so excited to buy this because it looked so warm and soft! When I recieved it I was dissapointed. There were many threads hanging off every end of the jacket. The one good thing about this jacket is that it is very soft. I am a Northface buyer and I think that I will stick to Northface. I have bought a Columbia down coat aswell and the coat is starting to fall apart too. Buy this if you want a soft jacket that might fray and won't keep you too warm.
