I love this jacket i've had one for 2 years and it's still in great shape like i just bought it, had to buy another one in blue for work! I highly recommend this jacket, for casual wear or just around the house!

This jacket is very lightweight but it is very warm. I ordered mine to wear camping in the mountains and it was very warm. The only thing I could complain about is the way it fit in the stomach area. I am 5'1 and am a size 4 jean...so I'm slender but not super skinny...anyways it is very loose around the stomach area, but it fits tight around the waist, so when I sit down it pooches way out. Not a big enought reason to NOT order another one. I plan on ordering more! If you are small like me, I would recommend ordering an xs. I will next time. Hope my rambling helped!

I bought this fleece for my mom last Christmas. She loves it! It is very cozy to wear around the house on winter days and perfect to layer under a wind breaker for outside. I will say that the fleece is a little thin, but then again you are not paying for super thick fleece here. Overall, I would buy this again and thought it was a great purchase!

It is a nice piece but I found it uncomfortable (read bulky) around the armpit area so ended up returning it. Sad it didn't work out for me because other than that, it is a nice jacket. I am 5'2" and weight 93 lbs and the xs fit comfortably-not too snug, not too big. I ordered mine in burnt henna and the color is very feminine, beautiful, more so in person than depicted online.

Very comfortable and easy to wear with everything, nice and cozy! I am always chilly, so this is nice to put on for whatever the need is, running errands, or taking the dog for a walk. I am 5' 11" and thin with a long arm length, and torso, and it fit just fine, I have a hard time with some things being too short.

Purchased a small, which fits my 5'2", 110# daughter just fine. It is washable, durable and is just right for cool weather, or as a layer under a rain jacket. This is my 3rd purchase of this same jacket for her, and the only complaint I have is that the zipper malfunctioned in one of the others--that's why I bought this one as a replacement.

I love my columbia fleece, I'm 5.8 and usually have trouble finding a Lon g enough arm length, the medium is perfect. The torso is loose and a little bulky fitting so I'm going to try my next one in a small.

Comfy, especially since it is a bit on the large side. I would recommend if you are looking for something light but still warm. I am 5'5" and 125 lbs and small was a bit large on me, however I like my clothing tight-fitting.

I love this jacket! It has everything I could want, and I am pretty picky. It is the coziest thing I have ever worn. Try to catch it on sale! Awesome things about this jacket: - zippered pockets!! - "double pockets" - the way the pocket is sewn on the inside gives you an extra set of pockets, which is great for little things, like kleenexes and stuff - longer collar that folds over smoothly without popping up when you move, but is also a perfect height when zipped all the way - waist cinch - mine fits snugly enough over my hips that I don't need this, but it is a good idea to have available - elastic sleeve cuffs - this wasn't something I had ever really worried about, but now I don't know how I ever survived without them. they really keep drafts out. - soft fleece that washes very nicely with no fuzzies so far, and seems unlikely to have them - the zipper is sewn so that it will never catch on the fabric when you zip it up - this is one of those small things that can be a big deal, so I am glad I don't have to worry about it here - the color of the charcoal was just as advertised, which is great since gray is the color I am most picky about and this one is just right - not too close to black, but a good dark grey Things to Consider: - I went by bust measurement (I checked here and the Columbia site since they varied just slightly) and mine is slimmer fitting than I expected. It fits great and there is plenty of room for clothes underneath, but if you want your jacket to be loose, order the next size up on the size chart. However, the sleeves are plenty long (the elastic comes in handy), and there is plenty of room in the shoulders/underarms. - I am long waisted and the jacket comes down to my hips when pulled down. It is not too long, but it is long enough to give you plenty of coverage. - washing it immediately after getting it makes it much softer and more flexible - be aware that if you put this on, you may find it so comfortable that you will never take it off. ever. like you may crank up the a/c just so you have a good excuse to wear it.

Love this jacket, warm and cozy. Wear it like a sweatshirt, can be somewhat dressy if needed but mostly casual. It is true to size. Not snug, just right.

I bought the brick... great color and very warm and comfortable. As far as style, it doesn't compare to my Patagonias which are slim fitting with great detail like the cuffs... on the other hand, these are l/3 the price.

Based on other reviews I ordered my actual size which is a small. I weigh 124 lbs at 5.3. The small was a little snug so I reordered a medium, especially if I should want to wear a sweater underneath. My return and credit were handled perfectly and received the new jacket in about a week. I love it and would recommend it to others, but don't agree with the logic of getting a size smaller.

Great jacket! We are a family of four and we have several of these jackets in different colors. These are great jackets for the money. They are light weight, comfy, and seem to be good quality for the money. You certainly can't beat them for the money when compared to the higher end jackets.

I purchased this fleece to replace an old one, so I knew what to expect. It is a good outer layer for mild days (50s for me) and a snug middle layer for more chilly days, but don't expect it to block even a moderate wind on its own. I'm 5'2" and 115 lbs, and an XS is perfect. My old Columbia fleece lasted five years with frequent use, and the new one seems to be constructed just as durably.

Great fleece. The fit is a bit boxier than a lot of other women's jackets, which I like because it makes it possible to wear long sleeves underneath. I have trouble finding jackets with sleeves long enough, but these are just right. Also, because of the elastic, you shouldn't have any problems if you have short arms. I also love the pocket zippers. Note that the navy color is a tiny bit lighter than pictured. It's only what I'd call navy when it's wet. If only it were just a bit windproof....

My daughter asked for this item for Christmas, specifically the Elderberry color, and I searched multiple websites but everyone was sold out. I made one last stab and found the Altrec website. And...they had the very one I wanted IN STOCK and for a great price - cheaper than other websites. I was SO excited to find it! I received it just a few days (even though it was very close to Christmas) and was able to make my daughter VERY happy on Christmas morning.

I bought this jacket over the summer as i would be in windy cold weather during the fall and winter and its by far my favorite jacket, theres just enough room underneath for a thick sweater or a smaller jacket which is a big plus, i would absolutely recommend this jacket! the only con is that when it rains the jacket gets pretty heavy when drenched in rain but it does dry quickly.

I bought this jacket in Tidewater expecting a nice blue. Once it was delivered to me, however, it looked more like the "Metal" color. Just for anyone looking to buy this jacket in Tidewater, it actually looks like the color the model in the picture is wearing. I ordered the Coastal color to replace the Tidewater one and it looks exactly like the picture. Excellent jacket overall. Very soft and warm fleece!

I have been buying this jacket in different colors for a number of years now. It is comfortable, keeps me warm (indoors) and looks decent. I buy the large size because I like it a bit loose (I am 5'6" and weigh 135 lbs). Side note: It will shrink if you put it in the dryer so keep that in mind when you wash it. All in all, I do recommend it. Be gentle and it will last a couple of years - good value for the money.

I ordered 2 of these jackets as gifts. One for my mom who wears my same size, large. Well I ordered a medium and when it got here the medium was too big. I have returned both. Only getting 1 and in a size small. I think they are also a little bit on the short side, which for me is great since I am short. I'd say the quality, looks and price make it a very good choice. Just beware of the size.

Over the years, I have purchased several of the Benton Springs jackets, as well as the vests, and will be purchasing several more! They are flattering on my 5'2, chunky curvy frame, comfortable and so versatile. Not to mention the great color selection. Aside from being a functional "jacket", I really love to mix and match the colors with scarves and fun shirts. I'm really not much of a fashionista, and these jackets and vests add a lot of zip to my otherwise very functional wardrobe. Other people comment on them, so I must be doing something right! I highly recommend them.
