I ordered these in black for my 14 y.o. daughter and I(40ish) and I have found something we both like. It is very light wt. but warm and it is very flattering in the black and goes with everything. I have a hard time finding jackets that are flattering for my size 14 apple shape, but this one in xl even looks slimming when zipped on me. I would order another in the plum if it were available in my size. They are great for layering under a winter vest also. Fast shipping to Wa.

Best jacket ever... some of my friends have them and I never understood what was so great. They keep you warm, the fleece is amazingly soft and black goes with anything. I recommend one. Shipping took a little while on my order but that is my only complaint. I got the jacket just in time for the cold weather that set in.

I bought this jacket for an Alaskan cruise at the end of June last year. I ordered both a small and medium because I wouldn't have time to reorder before we left. I am a size 8 on top but have size 12 hips. I was worried the small would be too tight at the bottom when zipped, but it fits perfectly. The jacket was great for the cruise--not too bulky for layering under a windbreaker, but warm enough to wear by itself when the sun was shining. I now wear it quite often during our cold Wisconsin winters. It's cozy without being too hot, and it looks casual but not sloppy. I wear it to the movies or to casual restaurants with a t-shirt or turtleneck underneath. Another woman showed up on the cruise with the same jacket in yellow (I have dark pink). She loved hers too. Both colors are no longer available--I came on this website to order one in yellow so I may try one of the blue ones. And the return of the medium when we got back from our trip couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend this jacket!

I purchased the Women's Benton Springs in size Medium Liquid Blue and Winter White. Both are great colors--the Liquid Blue is like a medium denim color and the Winter White is a true winter white (creamy but not grey at all). The jackets are very soft and have nice same color piping/stiching. I also like the way the collar can stand up slightly or lay flat. These are a relaxed fit. So, this sweater (it's called a sweater but it's really a fleece jacket) is a fuller cut than my Medium North Face Pumori fleece. You cannot beat the quality for the money, in my opinion, and so far it does not shed at all (as in none) and every other fleece I have ever owned sheds at least a small amount. I'd buy it again--this jacket or another type from Columbia.
