I've been looking for a truly waterproof rain jacket for a year now. I have finally found it with this new Columbia Cougar Flats Jacket. We just had a heavy rain storm all day the other day, and my clothes were extremely dry! I'm so relieved to have found a jacket that really IS waterproof! I would recommend this product in a heartbeat because it better quality for a cheaper price.

Rrally nice same color as in photo. Nice fit hiding place for hood. Great. :) looks like itll last in the rain. Which is a plus living in wa. I am going to order the purple one also

I bought for a friend and she loved it, use a lot. In our country we have a lot of wind and water, she uses it all the time. It's light but it can stop wind and support water.

I highly recommend the Columbia Cougar Flats jacket. It is true to size and leaves plenty of room for extra layers. Love the vent in the back as well. Overall, a great value.

Fit--a little too snug and tight for comfortable layering Length--what a difference 3 or 4 inches longer would make! Color--anemic yellow rather than a bright yellow Appearance--can SEE through it! Probably wouldn't in a darker color. SLEEVES ARE NOT LINED!

I have to walk all over campus in the unpredictable weather of my hometown so ordering a rain jacket was a really big deal. I did a whole bunch of research and ended up finding this jacket. I got it in my favorite color and am madly in love with my new jacket. It breathes really well and doesn't get you wet! What a novel concept!! I really do enjoy this jacket and it fits so easily in my bag!

The red color is very bright so I'll definitely be visible to bikes and cars. The only thing I'd change would be to lengthen it a bit for better rain coverage. I'm short and it hits at the high hip for me. Other than that, perfect.

The Columbia Women's Cougar Flats Jacket is perfect for any occasion. It is light enough to wear without feeling weighed down, but also provides room to wear extra layers. It is perfect for rainy weather and is very comfortable. The pockets are great also as they are very spacious. Overall very good jacket for any occasion.

Its light, so you dont get hot when its not a cold day. But if it is cold you can layer it over another jacket. It blocks the wind and the rain. Great for keeping dry while walking from class to class.

This jacket's color and size is true to the description on the website. The hood is totally rainproof also. The fit is great. I can't wait to wear it in the rain. Side pockets are deep and zippered, so items won't fall out. It will be very lightweight and easy to stow away on hikes.

This jacket was exactly what I was looking for. It replaces the one I ruined perfectly. Also the color is very similar to what is shown. Not a disappointing purchase at all.
