nice jacket
January 03, 2011

just received it, so haven't tested it out in weather. the teal color is nice and neutral (the seams do not contrast as much as it seems in the photo). very comfortable, i imagine it will be a good outer layer for cool weather.

nice fit but runs a little large
March 04, 2011

I am always a size small in Columbia jackets but this jacket is cut too big in size small especially in the arms and therefore not as flattering so I returned it. In a store I tried on the xs and it fit me perfect and very flattering....Still recommend this jacket it's just a question of getting the right size. If you have the chance, try it on in a store before ordering.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Cons: runs large

warm sleek base layer

I think this jacket will be great for fall weekend mornings and an upcoming trip to the UK. Love the dark teal color and slim fit. Arms are a bit long but that works for me because they can cover my hands when it's still a bit too warm for gloves

Comfy, cute, a bit on the big side
December 06, 2011

This is my first Columbia jacket so I can't say how it fits compared to others. I bought a medium and it fits well (5 ft. 7, 145 lbs., athletic) with some room for a long sleeve shirt or two underneath...perfect for unpredictable Ohio spring and fall. I haven't had a chance to wear it outside so I can't weigh in on durability or wind resistance. Based on looks and fit, I LOVE it and can't wait to try it out. Should be good for biking, hiking, throwing on to run errands/go to the gym. Probably wouldn't wear it for running. Also, love the color. I got the olive green color (forget the name of it).

Great value

This iis a great deal for the price. I wore it over my workout gear at a soccer game in late November and was surprised how warm it was. It cut all wind and provided amazing warmth for the weight. Fit was true to size.

Runs VERY Big
December 13, 2011

I bought this in white and the color is beautiful! My measurements fall between Columbia's small and their medium, so based on the other reviews I ordered a small. The jacket was HUGE! For reference I am about 5'3" and 135 lbs. It was very loose throughout the body, the sleeves were very long and the shoulders were much too broad and had little "peaks" that stuck up at the seams (I do have fairly broad shoulders for a woman so this was unexpected). The jacket was also a bit more thin than I had expected but overall seemed like good quality. I wish I could keep it because I really like the overall style but the fit is too much of an issue.

Great lightweight jacket
January 24, 2012

Loved the color selection. The jacket is very lightweight (in a good way) and breatheable. Fabric is a little strechy so it is great for layering another long sleeved shirt underneath. Very comfortable and soft. I like it better than my other Columbia fleece jacket which doesn't breathe or stretch much. I like the handy zipper/pocket by your bicep and easy access to side pockets (no zippers there).

Great Buy
February 08, 2011

I bought this for layering under my snowboarding gear and for hiking in the summer. I love the way it looks. It fits nicely and you can't beat the price. I am very happy with it overall.

Pros: Great design, Great value

sleek, functional and warm
September 05, 2010

I received this jacket and it is perfect for an upcoming trip to Ireland and running errands here at home (D.C.) I got the teal, and it's a lovely dark color--almost a neutral. It will go with everything. One big plus is that the jacket is a little long, and hits at the hip on me. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that it would be great if the sleeves had thumbholes, because they are long enough for it.
