Columbia Sizing Chart
4.8 out of 5

Though they are suede, but not wet, I went to their 3 hours on slush and my feet were completely dry and not frozen! But to me they seemed a little uncomfortable, my leg length 26 cm, and I took a size 9, a bit small. But maybe in future they will be stretched. In general I am happy with the purchase!Pros: beautiful, warm, don't get wet

Great deal for a good quality pair of boots. Haven't tried them out in wet weather yet but they fit true to size and happen to look really good on too! Can't wait to wear them.Pros: aesthetics, great deal

comfortable and cute

These boots are really stylish and soft. I like that you can actually move in them. Unfortunately I bought them a size bigger than my usual size from reading other reviews that Columbia ran small. I wish I had gotten my usual size or just a half size bigger. I bought the gray/purple ones and they are really cute.
Fashionable, functional, fantastic!!

These boots are as cute as they are in the picture. Along with top quality, after all they are columbia. And what a great deal for boots. I definitely recommend these.

I needed a lightweight boot for around town and on light trails around Boulder where I didn't need a heavy duty hiking boot or super sticky approach shoes. This did the trick. It's extremely comfortable... and warm! The laces also tighten very easily for as snug or loose a fit as you want. I agree with a previous reviewer, and I bought a 1/2 size larger than my usual size 8, and it was perfect for my thinner orthotic innersoles and a heavier sock. If you want to use thicker orthotic innersoles or a thick rag sock I would even recommend possibly going a whole size up in size. However, when it comes to socks, these boots are so warm (and my feet tend to run cold) that I feel a very thick sock isn't necessary. I'm 58, 5'6", 112 lbs., athletic: rock climb, hike and ski regularly, so I'm quite particular when it comes to my gear. I was very pleasantly surprised with how pleased I found myself with this purchase. These boots exceeded my expectations.
wide width, order a size up!!
January 24, 2013
I wear an 11 sometimes medium, sometimes wide - depends on the cut of the shoe. I originally ordered the 11 medium, because after going through reviews no one stated the shoe ran narrow. Unfortunately, I could barely get my foot in the boot, so I exchanged for a 12 medium, and they fit perfectly!! I love how you can adjust the fit with the laces - snugger in the foot, looser around the calf - however you like it!! Very warm, indeed, and a super comfortable foot bed!! Altrec had the very best prices, so I will definitely shop here again for my outdoor needs in the future!!Pros: super cute!!, very warm, adjsutable, comfortable footbed, Cons: runs a bit narrow

Cute & comfortable...with great traction on snow & ice...what more could one ask for in a boot? It's easy to pull on, and the laces are easy to work. The boots are really cute in person, and waterproof (so when the snow melts off them they still look brand new). They are both stylish and functional. I've worn them hiking through snow, to church, while shopping, on dates, just about everywhere. I'm very pleased with them.

I live in Chicago, so it gets pretty chilly. These boots are comfortable, give good traction, and are super warm. On a particularly cold day my toes got cold, but I'm pretty sure it's because I didn't have them tied tight enough (I have them loose so I just slip them on and off). Great purchase
Bring it, Winter!

I researched the best winter boots and Columbia boots had the highest ratings for traction on ice and snow, comfort, and warmth. Altrec had the best prices (no surprise there!). The big fat PLUS with these is that they're darned attractive to boot (wink). Altrec, you rock!

More versatile than Uggs
February 04, 2012
I love my Ugg boots for cold weather but I can't wear them in cold & wet weather. These boots are great for both. I just received them today and once I tried them on I didn't want to take them off. They are very warm and so comfortable and look great. I ordered my regular shoe size and the fit is perfect. I can't wait to try them out in snowy weather!

Love these boots! I'm usually a 7.5 - 8, so I got them in an 8, and they fit great. I normally go with black, but decided to get the white with purple laces. These are so cute! Lots of complements! So far, they are perfectly warm and really comfortable. Easy to slip on and off. I live in the northeast, and it's been quite dry as far as snow goes, so I have yet to see if they are truly waterproof. Completely satisfied with my purchase!Pros: warm, cute, comfortable

This boots are adorable! It's waterproof and very warm! Feets great and looks very good. I wear it all winter and never felt cold! They run true to size so probably a good idea to get a half size larger than your normal shoe size if you want to wear heavy socks.
