it is awesome is the best jacket that i've ever bougth, you can use for diferents weater conditions. i recoment this jacket. ommiheat makes a light but such a warm. is not weak matterial

It is a good jacket which looks good. It is fit, warm and comfortable. I like it very much. And I would recommend it to my friends. I bought many columbia clothes. I like them which are all great.

Realized it was time to update my clothing for winter and first item was a down jacket. I specifically wanted one with detach hood and faux fur to protect against winter's wind. I am very pleased with the Columbia Lay D down jacket. So far wearing it out in the cold it has kept me very warm whether out shopping or hiking. Don't have to wear lots of layers under it as that omni-shield technology works for me. At first thought the thumb hole in the cuffing wasn't something I'd use but found it was a nice feature to have. I generally wear a medium top and so ordered this in medium and found it a good fit. Also felt the price was good.

Great all-around down jacket. Extremely warm and looks good with jeans or even a little dressed-up. My only two complaints are the hood- looks funny with the fur trim not going the whole way around- and the thumb-hole inner sleeves are restrictive to movement. Maybe my arms are abnormally long, but while the rest of the jacket fits great, these very cool additions are on the short side. Good thing they are optional.

I received this jacket as a Christmas gift and could not be happier. Great fit and exceptional warmth. Great in wind, rain and snow. Love the detachable hood.

This product is very warm. Ordered it for my wife to use in tempretures below 32 degrees, which it is currently and she absolute loves this jacket. The sleeves are long enough, the fit is perfect.Previous jacket was North Face and is equal to if not better. Added plus is that this jacket is not as bulky.This is the best winter jacket.
