Columbia must not share the same opinion as Sir Mix-a-lot. The length and waist are perfect size. Unfortunately, I have a little more to my backside. This makes panty lines quite visible. Perhaps my new found love of running will help with this matter. Can't wait to take these camping!

I like the fabric and the color of these pants, and was excited to receive them. but when I tried them on, I couldn't button them, and barely get them up over my hips. I'm really slender, and normally wear a 4, sometimes a 2... this 4 fit like a 0! I'm 5'10 and the length was a little short for me.

I have never found a pair of pants that fit me as well as the Columbia Willowdale pants. And, they have an added bonus of having a sun protection rating of SPF 50. I work outside and have found these pants to be durable and comfortable. I think I have now purchased a pair in every color.

I was thrilled these came in size 2, which is hard to find. They fit perfectly. I am 5'4", weigh 110 pounds. I bought black and these pants will work well both for casual wear and work at the office. I haven't washed them yet so can't comment on that, but so far I'm very pleased.

The reviews recommended to buy one size larger than usual due to the smaller fit and I'm glad I did. I'm 5'9 130 lbs and the size 6 long fit well. The waist is slightly gapped for my liking but nothing a belt can't take care of. Overall, a great pant for the money :)

The pants are comfortable but even after washing with like dark clothes, this pant picks up lint. I don't care for machine dry but I think that is the only way to get rid of the lint or I would recommend buyers to buy this pants in a lighter color!

The fabric is nice and lightweight making them great for warm weather. I find them a little high waisted for my taste, but will still be keepers and well used.

I absolutely love these pants. The fabric is soft and very comfortable to wear, which is great both for hiking and for daily use. They are nice enough that I can wear them to work. They are quick-drying, so they are an asset for camping trips. The only negative is that they tend to appear a bit wrinkly, but again, I wear them to the office, so clearly this is now a major issue. The fit was perfect. I have short legs and most pants are too long for me and require tailoring. The "short" length option was perfect! In other respect the pants were also true to size. I'm 5.7" tall and weigh 135 pounds, and size 8 was ideal. I'm glad that I ordered two pairs.

Great fit, light weight maybe a little longer than I wanted and I had to have them hemmed but love them now. 5'4" 150 lbs. The quality of these will insure long life for these pants.

I love these pants. I purchased two pairs when I was out of town and immediately fell in love with the fit and comfort of these pants. I went on-line and bought two more pairs, in different colors, when I returned home. I can dress these pants up or down, to match nearly any occasion. I feel confident wearing the Willowdale on days when I think nothing is going to fit right. Thank you, Columbia! I think you've developed the All American Pant! P.S. I have not had the pants long enough to rate durability or quality, but as of right now I would give them an all around 5 stars!

I am 5'6" and average build and these were the perfect length and fit. They wash up well and look new after several uses. They really are a wardrobe staple and I seem to always pack them when we go out on the weekends.

I really like these pants. They are lightweight and fit me very well. I am 5'2'' and find that the Columbia pant in a short is a good length for me. Petites are too short. Fossil is a good color to wear with everything.

I just received these pants and am still a little undecided. They're comfortable, and I got them on a great sale so I'm keeping them, but the thigh area seems a little snug. I need to wear them around more and see how they fit once I'm doing more walking and standing up/sitting down, but overall they seem like they will be a good everyday pant.

I got comfortable wearing these pants once I got used to feeling like they were twisted on me. I think the crotch seams are a bit pulled over on one side, in both colors that I ordered. I have never experienced this before in any pants. The fit is snug. The black are a major lint magnet and did not show up well after brushing/rolling down with 3 different lint removers.
