At 5'8" 190, this large fits me perfectly. I would recommend this shirt over many cotton shirts, considering the fact that it does not wrinkle and fade like cotton t's. It also has an elatic-like, stretchy feel, but wears and is soft like cotton. I also loved the arm length which is not really short like many style these days, but not quite to the elbo. My green T is very deep and bright in color. I love it and save it for a nicer T-shirt wearing day, since it is a quality T that stays comfortable all day.

This shirt is very soft and comfortable but it's not lightweight enough to be considered a performance type shirt. It does run a little small. I'm 6'3" with have a longer torso and broader shoulders so that could play into it but it's still worth it.
