Men's Stabilyx Tight 4.7 5 17 17
Fantastic compression tights Two weeks before going skiing in April this year at Mary Jane I was told that I had a torn meniscus in my left knee. Surgery was not an option as recovery was at least six weeks. The doctor gave me a brace and suggested that I have surgery after my ski trip. I searched the WEB and found these CWX Stabilyx Tights that were designed to support the knee. They also claimed to reduce fatigue of the thigh and calf muscles. I skiied for four days without my knee brace and my leg muscles did not get the usual soreness. They provided the knee support that I needed and kept my legs fresh for the next day of skiing. I now use them when playing tennis. May 28, 2011
CW-X Stabilyx Tights- The Best Great tights! Keep you even temp, breathable, no constriction, but give the support where needed. It is great for running. Great support for your knee. Lower back support is unbelievable. I definitely recommend them. May 11, 2011
CW-X I run marathons in CW-X shorts and they are fantastic. I had to have a pair of tights for long hikes. They are so well made and do exactly what they are designed to. March 14, 2011
Good Knee Support I recently sprained a MCL in a skiiing accident and used these pants to help support my injured knee. The pants worked great and I was able to ski without a knee brace. I bought the large because of my height, I'm 5"10". Could have gone with the x-large since they are compression pants. February 10, 2011
CW-X Stabilyx tights Most comfortable and best fitting tights I've owned. The stability webbing really works. Highly recommended! January 8, 2011
4-above average The Men's STabilyx Tight was purchased as a gift. The garment had a certain seam on the back of the leg that caused a rub sore to appear. However, the person ran for 23.1 miles. April 7, 2010
Warm, feels pretty good, legs a bit short for a tall guy Disclaimer: I'm not a runner, but run 2x/week about 6miles each. I bought these to replace baggy long-johns running in winter. Downside: I wear a 36" inseam pants, and bought a size large. I _must_ cinch the draw string down or the pants ride down. When I do that, after a couple hours on the trail, my hips get sore where the drawstring digs in. I think I need a "large tall", which they don't make. The cuff ends about 5" above my ankle. I'm thin though, so I don't think the size extra large would have worked for support. There's no wind panel, so shorts are necessary below 35 degrees or so. Upside: I've taken to wearing these tele-skiing, and running in all weather. Moisture management is great and, perhaps I'm just imagining it, but my legs feel slightly better (am I justifying spending the money?). The construction is excellent, after 2.5 months of running and skiing and washing, they look virtually new, not baggy at all, just a slight pucker over the knees. My knees used to ache, but don't anymore. These may have helped. If they sold a large tall (or I were 3-4 inches shorter), I'd get another pair right now. March 20, 2010
Awesome support!!! I bought the Insulator version of this tight and I love it! Very warm but breathable. Lightweight, and supportive. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for better performance. Blazing fast shipping!! February 9, 2010
True to description Good fit, comfortable for long distance running and on the slopes all day! February 3, 2010
Love them, too! I am a big guy, (6'1" 230lbs), and I believe that these tights do a good job of supporting my knees. My knees are not in the best shape and I need all the help I can get. I like the style, too! January 12, 2010
Husband loved them Got these for my husband who was complaining of lower back pain before our snowboard trip. The only thing he DIDN'T love about them was they were quite a bit breezier than the regular Hot Chilis he normally wears and as the temps dropped down to 2 degrees, he was wishing he had gotten the insulated ones. We ran together today both of us in our Stabilex and loved it - if he'll run through the neighborhood in these (modest as he is) you know he loves them. January 1, 2010
product performs as discribed True to fit, good compression... so far I am happy with the product. December 24, 2009
great quality, odd fit I am 6' and 220 and I got an XL (correct size according to sizing chart), but it seems to have too much material at the back of the knee...it bunches up a bit. I think thats because the height of XL was designed for someone a bit taller. I think I need a Large and lose some weight! December 22, 2009
love them Can't wait for ski season..let it snow!! October 13, 2009
Great product Great, great product. My wife bought a pair and she loved them, so I purchased some and was sold.Great support biking, and can't wait to try them skiing. May 13, 2009
Fantastic I am in my late fifties, and have had four knee operations. While skiing, I find that the Stabilyx tights reduce the stress on my knees, as well as lessen muscle fatigue. I seem to be able to ski longer with less muscle and knee pain at night. They cannot reduce my age, but they certainly help extend my ski day. January 27, 2009
Great product! I recently purchase the CW-X Men's Stabilyx Tight and I love it. I have had IT-Band problems in the past and this product provides the support I need. Thanks! November 17, 2008
