DaKine Frontier Snow Pack. Designed to carry skis either in an A-frame, or diagonally, this 2200 cubic inch pack can carry all your avalanche gear plus a whole lot more. Inside, separate hydration and shovel sleeves keep your gear protected and are accessed through either the top or back, always a plus. External loops stow the shovel handle and a quick draw ice axe sleeve keeps your tool at the ready. There's even a dedicated helmet carry. A billowed waist stash pocket lets you keep food on hand, and the main compartments compression straps help snug the packs load to your back, if you happen to stuff it to the gills.
