DaKine Men's Lo Pro Short Sleeve Rashguard
Even if the weather is so nice that you don't need a shirt, keep your back from getting burned with the Quiksilver Men's Lo-Pro Short Sleeve Rashguard. Made of 6.3 oz. UV tech lycra, it shields your upper body from the sun's harmful UV rays, while also eliminating underarm chaffing caused by extended paddling in salt water.

The QuickSilver Rashguard is form fitting and a very comfortable shirt. Out of all of the Rashguards I own, I prefer QuickSilver because this brand is very high quality and fits me the best. The Rashguard shirt serves several purposes--first, with a SPF 50 rating it reduces the amount of skin on which you need to apply sun screen. On hot days when wet, it makes you feel cool through evaporative cooling. And finally, it was originally designed to prevent chest and belly rashes when surfing or body boarding which it does quite well. I can testify that as a 60 something year old man in Florida who has had several skin cancers cut off of my back, my Dermatologist visits have decreased from once every 6 months to once per year as a result of wearing rashguards for the past several years. I wear a Rashguard all day long whether at the pool or at the beach body boarding and apply sun screen often to my face arms and legs. Hope this helps.
