It is stretchy soft and thin. Perfect for warmer days on the slope. Feels like cotton, but it says it is made from special material. If you are looking for thinner gaiter, this item is great.

This neck gaiter fits snug to the face. It's almost like putting an under armor shirt on your face, same feel and material. Plus the color of the galatic looks siickkk!

When I first saw the neck gaiter, I said to myself. What did my son make me buy. It did not look as if it would fit him plus I thought it would slip off when pull over my son nose to protect him from the cold. Well I can truly say, do not judge a book by it's cover. My son loves it and wear it all the time. He said it fit him perfect and does not slip off. This gear really does work and recommend anyone to buy it. It does what it suppose to do.(protect)

I wanted a neck gaiter for skiing when the weather is mild. My existing one is only suitable for very cold, windy days as I get too hot otherwise. The DaKine Prowler is perfect for my needs. I took it skiing in Colorado when the temperature was 28F-32F and it did the job. Comfortable and quick-drying, a great accessory for a day on the slopes.

This neck gaiter is nice, just a bit thin for my taste. I needed a bit more protection from the 40mph winds and snow. DO NOT wear while walking around your home at night or you will be arrested for prowling.

Overall a great product, very breathable, warm and long enough to protect ya' neck. It is thin and breathable but it doesn't break the wind that well. It will fit snugly on your face until you wear it and will loosen up a bit. Can't wait to blast through some pow with this thing. A great value for about 10$.

Provided great warmth and the light weight nature make for a comfortable feel. Moisture tends to gather a little bit and it can direct a bit of fogging into your goggles, but I will wear it every time.

A very thin and breathable neck gaiter / face mask that is perfect for warmer conditions or in combination with a thicker gaiter. Fits comfortably over the mouth / nose..which says a lot considering I have a big nose. Probably not the best option for the coldest conditions.

I understand this is supposed to be lightweight but it felt cheesy to me. Too long, no seams at ends... it felt like it would shred and fall apart in a month. I have similar products from other companies that were of much better construction. I will continue to purchase bags and carriers from dakine but thats it. On its way back to altec. Once again superb customer service

lightweight breathable and comfortable gaiter great for cold days but without that smothering feeling. really thin material but protective. will see how durable this item is over time. should fit most. my hat size is 7 and 3/8 inches and it slides over my head with no problem. gaiter is stretchy but does not slide and not so long it will bunch up. may not be optimal for super cold days but great for early and late season sun and wind protection.
