Design Flaw

I purchased this item from the "Deal of the Day" promo for a highly reduced price. When received, I checked all the pockets and unraveled all adjustments. I put it on and there was an uncomfortable jab in each shoulder blade. I inspected it and for some reason that I will never understand the designers of this pack placed two tightning strap buckles on each top-side of the back panel that contacts your back. Unbelieveable...direct contact from the plastic buckles on the shoulder blades. Like some sort of torture if you were to wear this with a full load. I couldn't wear it for 5 minutes! Anyway, I hold no ill will towards Altrec and they kindly picked up the tab for the return trip. Don't buy this product if you are serious about packing.
