This backpack appears sturdy and very well made. Overall, organization well thought out in construction and detail. Love the tartan color/weave. Have a few Dakine products and this does not disappoint. Length and width very appropriate for my size/height (5'3"). Feels very comfortable on back; straps well padded but not bulky. The two little things I wish could have been different: I wish there was an exterior pocket for a water bottle. In viewing this backpack online, I thought I saw what might have been a slot for a water bottle on the side, but no, just reinforced stitching. I also wish there was a inch or two more depth to hold more items, if desired. This was my fault as I did not measure carefully before ordering and thought 6-6.5 inches was adequate. May think of ordering a larger product in future.

I received this backpack in perfect condition. I am a college student and I need a very durable bag to carry all my heavy books and school supplies in. The backpack is very well made and the fabric is pretty heavy duty and looks like it will last a very long time! Unfortunately, I did not think it would be big enough to carry all the things I need inside. Since I work on campus I need to bring my work uniform with me to class on certain days and I just didn't think it would be large enough to carry my work clothes, plus my textbooks, plus my laptop, and any other school supplies. If you don't need the extra space like I do, this is a great choice for students!
