for the weight these ski pretty well. Obviously some suffering w/ chatter on icy/blocky crud but that is the price you pay for floating uphill. Only word of warning is about the dynafit speedskin toe pieces: if skiing low-cover conditions then perfectly sized sticks/branches can catch in the slot and grab your tip! But I would take the dynafit skin system over others.Pros: Build quality

Love these Skis!

I wasn't sure what to expect with such a lightweight ski. After skinning up the mountain I was pleasantly surprised how well these skis felt in the powder (floaty) and how firm they felt in the crud (stable). I would highly recommend these skis for getting out into the backcountry

Great BC Ski

I've been touring in the Wasatch for 5 years and these skis are my first upgrade to my kit since I started. The inserts make them easy to mount yourself with Dynafit bindings. I've got a few days on them and I am impressed with how good these ski are. The rocker tip really helps keep the tips up in heavier spring powder. The wide waist keeps me more on top. They are light enough for big tours, but they'll blast through old tracks and crud and provide a very stable ride. They don't handle hardpack well at the resort, but that's not why you'd buy them.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance
