Wee Bug Just Big Enough
August 02, 2010
When I received my Travel Bug pack I was a little concerned that it was too small. But, really, it ended up being just perfect! It's the ideal replacement for a purse-- just the right size for all daily essentials and nicely balanced to fit properly on the back. My shoulder troubles are gone.... Eagle Creek thinks of everything, especially when it comes to pockets and small details like a little port for your iPod wire, a nice snug water bottle holder and a safe loop for keys. Also, the security features are ideal-- just what you want when you're on a crowded bus and you don't have room to scoot your bag around to the front of you. Bravo to Eagle Creek for innovative, practical design and to Altrec for carrying it!
Almost perfect
August 07, 2012
I was looking for a small daypack to carry around...well daily. Most I found had only a few inner pockets and were for hiking/biking, or a messenger bag strap style. This one has tons pockets(basically a regular bookbag but scaled down)and plenty of space. The only con about it is the straps, as they are fairly thin in width and even at full extension were almost too snug. I am about 165lbs and 6ft, and I'd say if your much bigger than that, you'd be hard put to get this bag on and off smoothly. Perfection would seem to be having thicker straps(maybe as per a regular size pack) and also a little bit more slack. All in all I am still very happy with this bag and use it everyday.
Great small Daypack

I Loved my daypack so much with all of its compartments and its small size, that I bought one for my husband. We use them for day hikes and for airline travel. They are small enough to carry a bottle of water and a few essentials, including ipods, phones, etc. and snacks. Because of the size, you can also stuff it in a larger backpack for travel. I also use mine as a purse while on vacation. It would be great also to carry the essentials for boy scout hiking trips.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of useGreat little Dayback

Just the right size for a day trip. Enough room for the bare necessities without the extra bulk.
