The sandal midsole has a direct-injected polyurethane construction that creates a strong but lightweight support cushion above the low-profile rubber tread outsole. Combined with a contoured dual-density Aglon-treated footbed, the Men's Yucatan Sandal offers enough support for short day hikes and other day-long casual summer excursions. If you're looking for open footwear that gives you more breathability than most mesh and canvas sneakers, ECCO's Yucatan Sandal is a cool and exceptionally supportive solution. The lightweight design easily fits into most overnight backpacks and gives backpackers a comfortable post-hike sandal for wear around the campsite. One important note to keep in mind: ECCO does not recommend their Men's Yucatan Sandals for water use.

The most comfortable sandal I have ever owned-by far!

A typical example of getting what you pay for. I have been wearing sandals for 40 years and these are the most comfortable I've had on my feet. I hike a couple of miles every day with my dog and these are more comfortable then my high priced hiking shoe!!

A long-wearing, very comfortable sandal

My son loves these sandals so much that I can't get them off his feet. He has worn a pair continuously for 2 1/2 years (many miles)!!! The soles have finally worn down and we had to find another pair. Luckily we could find a second pair just like the original ones! A long wearing, very comfortable sandal

Have been wearing these for a few weeks now and am very satisfied. They cost a little more than the typical sandal, but the comfort and appearance make them a solid value. There are 3 velcro adjustment points; heel, ankle & toe. Footbed and liner are extremely comfortable.

Great sandals

Never had Ecco sandals before, but this one is very impressive. Light weight, comfortable, traction is also great, looks solid. Only thing I wish is more protection for the toes.

First ECCO Purchase

I bought these sandals 1.5 years ago in preparation for a summer Disney World vacation, where I knew I would have to walk quite a bit. The sandals fit well right out of the box with vitually no break in time. I wear a 10.5 and ordered the 44 and they fit just fine. In the warmer months, I wear sandals pretty much exclusively and up to this point they have shown minimal wear and were well worth the extra cost. I would recommend these to anyone.
