Flimsy tent - Leaked during rain shower
March 20, 2010
Tent was relatively easy to set up, but the stakes kept popping out of the ground in the gusts of wind. None of the other tents in the campsite blew around in the wind, but this tent looked as if it would collapse at any second. It never did collapse, but it was a constant concern, especially while sleeping. The seams along the bottom of the tent leaked during a rain storm. But on the positive side, there is good storage inside the tent.
great value

This is a suprisingly nice tent for the price. Easy to set up and very stable, with good airflow and lots of pockets inside to store small items. I have a slightly older version of it with a different rainfly set-up. The poles of course are fiberglass and break easily, but Eureka will replace them under warranty if the break from normal usage. 2 people is the most I would sleep in it--I use it solo camping.
Eureka Tetragon 5 Too Small

This tent is too small. If you are unfamiliar with tent sizes, 7x5 looks like kiddie size tent to me. I like Erueka brand.
Great tent, great price!

This tent kept me dry during heavy thunderstorms and blowing rain. Roomy and lots of storage, good ventilation.
