A bit large, but very well made
I love the fabric look and feel, and the built in belt is nice. The color is gorgeous...kind of deep olivish brown. Nice pockets, and zippers are good quality. It sits a bit lower below waist than I would like, and runs a bit big in the waist, hips and legs. I am 5'5" and 122 pounds. Size 6 is a little long on me at 31"; I could probably get by in a 4, but I never wear a size 4 anymore, so I'll keep the 6 for roominess for hiking. Nice long shorts when you unzip legs. Overall I think I will get a ton of wear and use from these pants at a reasonable price!

Practical and flattering pants
These pants run large. I am 5’8” / 130 lb and typically buy 8’s or 6’s in women’s pants. I purchased 8’s, but they were volumous, so exchanged for 6’s. The 6’s are still a tad large at the waist, but fit well overall, and have a surprisingly flattering look that I did not expect based on the product picture. They have pockets in all the right places and weigh next to nothing. They come with a belt that is attached to the pants. The belt has a clever construction that secures the pants well without adding bulk; another nice, and unexpected feature. One more important point is that they were long enough.

Were too big.
I bought these hoping they would be ok, and they were in the waist but the leg was really baggy. I think I probably needed a smaller size but they didn't have them. I really liked that they zipped at a longer length and had the bug repellent. So sad they didn't work out. The sage color is more green then grey.

Sharp looking pants
Loved the pockets, cute pants, only problem was that.I was too short for them, so had to order a different pair.I hated that because these were really nice.

They do the job
Wore these on a cold night hike with semi-treacherous footing and snow, ice, mud... though they are light, I wore a bike-tight type of layer underneath and the pants were perfect! True to size, since size 10 has become rather large in this past decade. :) All in all, fit well, non-binding, comfortable and breathed very well once I got going and quite warm-- wicked heat well.

Didn't fit well
I first ordered a 12 and I couldn't pull them up. I could get the size 14's on but they are definitely made for a slim body and I am more curvy and big legged. I wore them once but I am not going to keep them.

Very Good Pant!
I think sizing was true. I ordered one pair only, but I wear a size 4 and the size 4 fit like I would expect. These are great pants. They are comfortable and dry quickly when wet. They held up beautifully throughout a 12 mile hike with 4 creek "wadings" and a couple of swims. I love all the pockets to store things.

not perfect
They were true to sizing. They look okay. I just wish that someone would start making the same type of pant that had a shorter short when the lower section zips off. These are 10 1/2" How about an 8"?

sizing is very inconsistent
I have one pair of these pants already recently purchased. They are great pants technically and also design wise. So, I purchased two additional pair of the same pant, same size, same everything from Altrec. When they arrived, the sizing on the new pants was drastically different and did not fit, so I had to return. I was very disappointed. Called the seller and they weren't aware of any lot differences in sizing or problems, so I will try to contact ex-officio directly

Nice looking and very light weight
These are a bit smaller than other clothing I have ordered of the same size. I would prefer looser fitting for hiking etc. These will still be great for a hiking in the Grand Canyon.
