I am very excited to use this mat on a mission trip to Africa this fall. I have already tested it out. Inflating it by mouth took me less than 5 minutes. It's a great buy!
Pros: Build quality, Ease of use, Great valuegreat gear

I have used this pad on about six occasions and it worked very well. I wasn't abusing it though. In april I gave it to a friend's son who was going to be a ranger at Philmont this year. He has used it six days a week from May through July. He LOVES it and won't trade it for anything else. It's been bomber for him. It packs almost as small as a liter bottle and is nice and light. I love exped gear and will be buying another one of these to replace the one I gave away.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Great valuePassed living room test, canyon camp test to follow

I'm taking this pad to the grand canyon for a 4-day hiking/camping trip. I appreciate the light weight and small pack this pad offers. I inflated it by mouth since that's what I'll have to do in the canyon and it was pretty easy to accomplish (the instructions recommend using a pump rather than your mouth so that moisture doesn't become a problem). I'm 5'2" and 110lbs and this pad is so long I won't need a pillow! I tried it out by napping on my back, side AND face down and was totally comfortable every which way. I had no trouble deflating the pad and getting it back into its sack. 'Looking forward to putting this pad between me and the floor of the grand canyon!
