Nice Product but to small

I received this item. The product was well made, lightweight and seemed to be as advertised. Problem is the guy in the adverstisement video is 135lb(ish) and I weigh 250lbs so to say the least, it was VERY small for my frame. Unfortunate because I liked the concept. I spoke to Altrec and the actual guy on the video for the Dreamwalker. Very understanding and fully refunded the amount I paid. No surcharge or restocking fees etc. Nothing hidden so I was happy with the customer service. I will buy again for this reason.
