When you need a light, quick and compact tent for two, the Exped Mira II Tent is an excellent choice. With two doors and two vestibules, each person has an easy entry and exit and a place to store gear outside. The floor plan is generous and the tent itself is very easy to set up, plus when put together, the freestanding tent can easily be carried to find the ideal sleeping spot if the ground isn’t quite right. The pole sleeves are color coded and numbered for simple understanding, and the sleeves are continuous, eliminating annoying stop and start pole insertion.

This is a great tent but it's classified as a freestanding tent which it is not. The tent is great. I used it for a week in oregon on a climbing trip. It was easy to setup, light, totally weatherproof and comfortable. I was the only one in the tent and I'm a regular sized girl and I found it relatively small compared to other tents I've had. It would be small for 2 people for sure. My problem with this tent is if you are unable to stake it out complete you loose A LOT of space. So while it says it's freestanding its not. It has to be staked out and even when it is it's still pretty small. If your willing to be a little cramped it's a great tent. Especially for 1 person!

Pros: Build quality, Performance, Cons: Bad design
