The look just barely outweighs the performance of this Filson duffle bag. It's the coolest thing! And made a mule trip down the South Kaibab trail of the Grand Canyon without a whimper.
Thanks Altrec for even having it! Everyone else had it backordered and you got it to me overnight! We were able to back all our necessities in it for three nights in the canyon. It was perfect!

Great weekender bag!
Filson's large duffel bag was my first "trip" bag. I soon discovered that it was not a bag that I wanted to hump through any airport any where. When loaded, it can be heavy and awkward to carry in and out, from parking to bag check and vice verse. It has become a great weekend get away bag, when driving...not flying. This bag has plenty of room and a adjustable bridle leather carry strap. Filson makes an exceptional wheeled version of the same bag that fly with me everywhere I go, mostly from Mississippi to Colorado and back. It has survived many trips to Alaska as well. You will know your bag when watching for your luggage on the conveyor at baggage claim! Filson makes the best luggage you will find, whatever it`s intended use!

Great Christmas Gift
This bag is great in quality and durability. It is pretty large so it's better for weekend road trips not really an airplane friendly bag.
