Very functional

When purchasing this watch, I was comparing this to the 210 and 610 models. It has multiple customizable features, such as workout goals and running partner, compared to the 210 model. The only feature that 610 had over this 410 model was the vibrating alerts, and I did not consider it worth the extra money. This is a first GPS-enabled watch that I've had, and even though technically it is a running watch, I've used it also with hiking to keep track of altitude gains and losses, as well as distance. It can also be used with biking. So far I have been pleased with the ease of use. It is also round and small and can be used as a regular watch with up to 2 weeks if GPS feature is disabled. There is a short instruction booklet that comes with the watch in about 10 different languages. It would be more convenient to just include the extended version of instruction booklet in English (instead of this being available on DVD only).
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: touch bezel is sometimes temperamentalDid you recently buy the Garmin GPS Forerunner 410 Watch? Write a review.
