great boot
i got these boots to use in Afghanistan. I've been here for two months and already went through two pairs of danners. these came already broken in and were super comfy. they've held up pretty well in the rough terrain compared to all the others I've tried. i would recommend them to anyone that want's a comfy rugged boot

Good shoe
A good light hiker that offer durable protection from banging up against rock. Good shock absorption at the heel and fore foot. Minimal ankle roll protection, which I would expect due to the lower cut. Overall, good day hiker and if altrec had another size 12, I would purchase them as a second pair to change into on my multi-lap hike days at Mt Monadnock NH.

Excellent Lightweight Boot
True to size and very well made. Recently retired my first pair with 1100 miles. Hiking with my second pair and just ordered a third pair as a back-up. For the money, this shoe is hard to beat.

Excellent Lightweight GTX Boot
I Found this boot to be possibly the best that I have worn packing. Have used this boot for two lengthy 70 plus milers in very rough high altitude terrain, Carrying a 72 lb pack. They preformed extremely well for me and there was no real break-in time required. I personally have nothing to gain in telling you this other than to let you know they worked well for me.

Good light hiker for wide feet
These are great boots for scrambling and peak bagging. Good grip on rock, very comfortable for long days, good shock absorption, average durability. I'm very hard on boots and don't expect a boot like this to last me more than a half year, and they don't. But I just ordered my sixth and seventh pairs, which should say something about how much I like them.

Good lightweight, light duty, GTX Boot.
True to size, well made, the toe box is a bit wide but does make room for thick sox. Not bad for standing/ around all day with weight on your back. Good Boot, I recomend it for sure.
