I have what is-- according to my wife and other rational individuals-- an obscene number of visors. Therefore I can offer, with some authority, that the GoLite visor is an excellent product. It does exactly what it advertises with good looks and extraordinarily light weight to boot. The only word of caution I can offer is that the visor's bill is slightly smaller than those found on any of my other visors; this is not a criticism, just something to take into consideration depending on your preferences.

Great for running...it soaks up all of my sweat on the hottest of days, and retains it shape washing after washing. The fit is great, very minimalist while still getting great coverage.

All of my other visors that I own have come from "tourist shops", with names of places where I've been. I've enjoyed them and thought they were fine. I guess I didn't know what a quality visor felt like - and this one is definitely great quality! I was doing an all-day art show this weekend and the sun was out, with temperature right around 90 degrees (it's New Orleans and almost always hot). I put this visor on about 7 am and kept it on all day - and completely forgot about having it on. Usually, after a few hours, a visor begins to bother me, but this one didn't. The bands that wick sweat were wonderful! With all other visors, I still feel the sweat, but not with this visor - it was so cool and comfortable all day, it was a dream! The "sweat bands" felt natural around my head, resting comfortably - and soaking up the sweat to boot. I had on sunglasses, also, and even with the sunglasses, the band was still comfortable. The bill of the visor has a great shape, too, curved just perfectly. I really like the way it looks on. Great visor - I'm so glad I bought it - and won't go out in the sun again without it.

Really nice visor. Keeps the sweat and rain from dripping down on my face, keeps the sun out of my eyes, and dries very quickly. Taking it on my thru-hike of the AT in march. Great product.

I am an avid runner and am in the outdoors quite often and this is by far the best visor I have had! It has a great fit around the head, wicks moisture and most of the time I forget I am wearing it. One last tidbit, it doesn't gain a nasty smell after being worn heavily for a few days like a few other visors/hats might.

I bought this when I found my cotton visor did not dry within even a full day. This dried quickly, was comfortable, light-weight, kept the sun out and had the requisite velcro strap for adjust-ability. I am really happy with it. It functions so well you only need one, but I purchased two!
