not for hiking, but...

I've never taken mine hiking, but I really like using it. I use it for leftovers and cut fruit and other things where I might use a tupperware type container. But, this has measurement markings, is very sturdy, and the lid stays on. A friend takes one hiking regularly, and finds it useful for measuring and mixing, and then eating.

This is a multipurpose mug that will help keep you hydrated. In addition, with the screw on lid and measurement markings you can use it at home as well. A big bonus: it will nest in the GSI Double Boiler.
