Good but not great
I purchased one of these for myself and my wife. They do tend to run big. I'm 5'10" and 175lbs and the medium fits like a large. Other than the sizing the jacket seems great. Good water and OK wind protection. If purchasing you may want to consider ordering down a size if you're not looking for a baggy fit.

great jacket
this jacket is as advertised. I love the material. Runs a tad big for you to fit a nice layer underneath. Like everything this brand does, it is made of high quality.

Love this jacket
Saw this at a store for double the price..I got it here for cheaper and its amazing. I usually wear a size M but had to buy an S for this jacket. Hasnt rained that much since I got it, but i expect it to be a good jacket. Helly Hansen has a good rep

excellent product
great fit, leaves room to fit over layered clothing for COLD rainy days. drawstring at bottom helps keep wind out and layered clothing dry. Jacket is lightweight and is very maneuverable with a slight stretch ability to the fabric.

Helly Hansen Voss Jacket
Like all Helly Hansen products, the Voss jacket is made to handle whatever the elements can throw at you. Fits a little large but that gives you the freedom to wear a sweatshirt, etc underneath it. Rubberized material is water proof and this jacket functions exactly as it's supposed to. I have owned several Helly Hansen products and I have always been satisfied with the quality. Love Helly Hansen's lifetime warranty too!

Nice Jacket, the sleeves are a bit wide & annoying - wish there was more of a cuff. Otherwise, this coat is nice for the rain - i stayed completely dry.

Highly Recommend
Used the jacket twice in winter rain/snow conditions. Does exactly what I had hoped - kept me dry. Fold-up hood is nice added feature. Comfortable fit over winter layers.

Great Purchase for the Price
I got this jacket for my husband because he has never thought to purchase a rain coat and is always complaining about getting drenched (or tries to wear mine). He usually wears a L or XL - I purchased this in an XL and it's pretty boxy - plenty of room for a fleece or sweater. The construction of the jacket is very basic but sturdy and does the trick for general wet weather protection - running errands, walking the dog, etc. My only complaint would be that the material appears (and smells) a little rubbery. He loves it and loved it even more when he found out the price.

Great rain jacket
I bought the red color which looks dead on from what the website shows. The jacket runs a bit large for me but it allows for layering for colder weather. The drawstring at the bottom helps the fit. It is well constructed and keeps me dry. It looks pretty good overall as well. The price and quality of this product makes this jacket a great value!

Great Rain Coat
I bought this as a gift and the person says it is a great rain coat. Not meant for extreme weather but a solid coat for the price.

Stylish and Functional
I love this jacket! It is the ideal spring jacket for schlepping around the canyons of New York City in the went and windy spring. I love that fact that it keeps the rain and wind out, and still looks stylish. A truly super buy!

Voss Jacket is all it's cut out to be
The Helly Hansen Voss jacket was a good purchase for me. I had ripped my last hard shell and was looking for a good replacement. After wearing it during our latest Northeast snowstorm, the jacket proved to be waterproof and kept me totally dry.I usually wear a size medium with other clothing and this was a bit bigger than expected, BUT I'd rather have a generous fit so layering is possible.The only suggestion I would have to improve the jacket would be pit vents. Still, all the features of the jacket are a plus when water protection is necessary. For the price, you can't beat this jacket. I also received free 2day air shipping at the time of ordering, so all in all it's a win-win situation. Over and above the reliability of Helly Hansen products, I'm very pleased to have ordered from Altrec. Excellent service and professional transaction.

Disappointed in the quality
We expected heavier duty fabric in these Helly Hansen jackets. If looking for a lighter weight, would have been OK. Just didn't meet the expectations.

Great Value - Great Protection
This came highly recommended from a friend. I am an avid outdoors person and needed a lightweight jacket to keep me dry. This jacket is exactly that. Great brand means durability I can depend on. I only wish I had stepped up to the breathable, dual layer jacket for hot humid locales.

Stylish & Functional
The Voss Jacket is stylish and functional. The material breathes even in hot humid weather. Also, most importantly, it keeps you dry. Draw strings serve to draw jacket up at the waist for a better fit. There are also draw strings on the hood. The snaps on the cuff at the wrist help prevent rain from coming down the arms if they are raised above the shoulders.

Great construction and nice fit
I purchased this jacket because I wanted a reasonably priced waterproof rain jacket and had heard that Helly Hansen was good stuff. I have had expensive rain gear and suits that would eventually break down after 30 minutes or so in a reasonably hard rain. This isn't the case with Helly Hansen. It keeps you dry for as long as you need it to and unlike some baggy rain gear, it has an almost tailored but comfortable fit. Great Product!

value
Decent jacket for the price. Not much venting just some small metal ring hole vents. I prefer zippered venting but the jacket was for my son so we went for price point. He loves it! I guess that's all that counts.

The best jacket!
I have a this jacket. I run in this jacket. It keeps me dry in the pouring rain, and keeps the wind out. I love this jacket. It is great for layering. I can't say enough good things about it. I had to get one for my husband.
