I have worn Helly Hansen Warm products for comfort around the house as well as out in the elements. I do not get overheated but stay warm. They fit snug but never feel tight. The product seems true to size. At times the wool content does irritate my neck but I am sensitive that way.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Great valueGreat fit and warm

I am always cold and these pants helped me stay warm on an 18 degree F day while sledding. I am 5'8" and slim and the medium pants are form fitting, not too tight, and long enough to cover my ankles.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performancewarm and comfort

I would recommend this underwear for winter in California. It fits well and comfortable. Exactly the size. Perfect! I really like it and I wanna order another one for myself. Maybe the other color :)

I've had this product for awhile now. The wool is NOT scratchy on my legs. I bought the Large and it fits true to size and the waistband is comfortable. Typically, women's 'longjohns' on my 33 in. inseam legs are like floodpants. Not these; they hit at the top of the ankle bone. These are thick enough to be warm, but are not bulky. I took them to South Island of NZ in cool early November (mid spring), and used them under light zipoffs for the perfect combo since wool stays warm if wet and wicks. [Wool is the typical baselayer in NZ] I've used these on cold days skiing under insulated ski pants with good result. Yesterday, I was comfortable walking in 20 deg F breezy weather with these under non-windproof fleece warmup pants. Versatile choice and good performance for the price. I follow washing instructions and they're holding up well.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performancewarm and comfy

I'm spending the semester in Norway and I really needed a good, warm baselayer that would get me through the winter. These pants are soft and comfortable and all I need under my snow pants or waterproof layer. I'm very happy!
