Backordered

Certain items are labeled as "Backordered." When these Backordered items are purchased it can take 4 to 15 business days (Monday - Friday) before they are shipped to you. Processing times vary depending on the item and some of these items ship directly from the manufacturer.

Backordered items in an order will not delay us from shipping out any items we have here at our central warehouse. If you are ordering multiple items and want expedited shipping for the items that are not Backordered you may want to place separate orders and select different shipping options.

When returning Backordered item please be sure to send them back to us and not the manufacturer that may have sent the items to you. If items are sent back to the manufacturer it can cause extended delays in your refund.

If a product is Backordered, it will be indicated on the product page, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and on your invoice receipt.
