Rashguard, not shirt
This piece is to be worn over a bikini, to protect one from the sun, as well as sand and pebbles while surfing, bodyboarding, bodysurfing, skimboarding, etc. Rashguards are supposed to be both short and tight, and are designed for use in the ocean.

Nice shirt, but shorter than most
I bought this shirt for my teenage daughter and it ended up being much smaller than we expected. So, we had to send it back. It runs short so would be fine if you have a small torso.
