Great for cold weather running ...

Have had 2 pair for a long time, work great for running when temp is below freezing. The nylon wind blocker is key, really protects your jewels on a windy and cold day. Very comfortable also. I wear a 32" waist and weigh 160 lbs, but medium is just a little too small for me and large is just a little too large. Of these, I prefer the large, more comfortable and no chaffing. Only caveat is that they are VERY warm, you don't need these when temp is above freezing.... Great product, pricey but worth it.
