Very comfortable and not as hot as my technical-fabric sports bras. It also wicks sweat better than they do. Yes, it's a little tight, but no more than any other well-fitting sports bra. I'm a 34A and went with the small because I don't need a lot of support and therefore don't need quite as tight a fit as some. Bonus: the light gray is truly opaque and can be worn in public without another shirt over it.

Ditch the nylon polyester!
Yes, a wool bra is comfortable. Yes, it does not chafe, shift, hitch, bind, scratch, shrink or do the myriad other things that their nylon/polyester counterparts do. These bras are just pure comfort, so much so that I wear them under work clothes. (Only works if you're wearing something with a high neck.) If you sweat, they breathe and dry, and isn't that what sports bras are supposed to do?

Superb!
I use this bra for road cycling and for the gym, and it's the best sports bra (for these activities) that I've ever had. I love it! It's super comfortable--it does ride up a little under the bust at times but because the fabric is so soft and stretchy, it's not annoying or irritating. It wicks moisture well, getting wet but not leaving my skin at all clammy or cold. It doesn't hold odors, and it washes well. It provides excellent, SHAPLEY coverage for me under cycling jerseys, too, thus preserving modesty, which can be hard to come by with snug bike jerseys, without distorting my shape or causing the dreaded uniboob. It's attractive on and doesn't show through tops very much either. And it provides plenty of support for me during moderate-impact exercise. But I would definitely agree with other reviewers that this bra runs small and is probably best for A/B cups...and if you are any larger than a 36 B, I'm not sure this bra will fit you. That's my size, and I had to exchange the M I originally ordered for a L because the straps were too tight in the shoulders and back on the M. The L fits perfectly all around, but this is the first time in my life I have worn a size L bra!! Aside from the sizing, though, I can't find a single thing to complain about in regard to this sports bra--and that's another first! It's really the best one I've ever had.

Ibex bra
Super soft, warm, comfortable and wicked moisture away and kept me warm working out in the cold winter weather (38-40 degrees). Can't wait to wear it cycling. I used it for running and could have used a little more support even though I'm small busted. Will be great for less impact sports.

great sports bra
I could not believe how extremely soft, comfortable and stretchy this sports bra is. Unfortunately I had to return it - my normal size s ( I am a 34a) was way too small - I hope the M will fit. This wool does not itch at all and should not stink. Should be perfect for all activities.

Comfortable and well-made, but not supportive
This bra is super comfortable, super well-made, but it is not what I would call a good sports bra. I'm a B-cup, ordered the small, and I was disappointed to discover that even going for a hike was too much for this bra. So it's been relegated to the lounging around the house wardrobe. On the plus side, it is lovely, soft, warm merino wool. It doesn't hold odor at all. I am hopeful that Ibex figured out how to make merino supportive, and will be ordering the Balance Support Bra soon. Fingers crossed!
