My wife has several of these vests and loves their flexibility to go from trail to street. The design of the vest doesn't say "trail-gear", that's why they work so well as a fashionable piece of clothing too. Ibex's wool is also a great looking fabric, and provides both comfort and warmth. Sizing is true, fit is comfortable. Construction quality is meticulous.

Love this vest, great for backcountry hiking or as a light layer under your ski coat! I also wear it to work occasionally but it is WARM!

The form fitting cut of this vest is what I prefer over the other Ibex vest I own which is a bit looser and has only one pocket. This vest has two zip pockets which is nice for all the tissue I seem to need to carry around when its cold. Also the weight is a bit heavier so it really does keep me warm without being bulky. I just returned from a ski trip to Squaw Valley and I wore this vest every day. It looks and works well both on and off the slopes. I also purchased the Izzy pants and skirt which seem made to go together with this vest. I'm very happy with the performance and versatility of these pieces separately and together.

Great looking Vest

This is a great looking vest. Like all vests you want to order a size down for a good womanly fit. It has nice lines and is very flattering. I wear it all the time. It's warm and makes winter a delight.

i am so glad I bought this vest. it is beautiful, comfy, form-fitting and WARM, but not too warm. not bulky so it really layers well. worth every penny.

Truly a winter favorite

I saw this vest when I was ordering an Ibex pullover for my husband. We are both Arcteryx fans but were anxious to try Ibex because it is made in America. I decided to add the vest to my shopping cart and I am so glad I did. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. It is extremely light and comfortable, yet provides excellent warmth. I have hardly had it off since it arrived and it is wearing well. If you plan to wear over a sweater or heavy T-shirt, I would order a size larger. I ended up returning my small for a medium (I wear a size 4 - 6) to have more flexibility with my under layer. As the product review states - this will become your winter favorite!

I love this vest. it fits true to size. I am usually about a 4 and the small fits perfectly. If you have a significant chest, you may need to size up. I tried a medium as well and it fit too, but was just a little bigger and felt a little boxier. It fits very similar to my North Face windwall vest only it can be dressed up. Ibex is just the best!! and made in America!

It runs a little small, is close to the body. I usually wear a medium, but ordered a large since i read it runs small. Glad i did. It fits well. Fabric is wonderful, warm, and stylish. And the seal gray is very nice. So nice I'm going to order another one!

I bought this vest for my Mother, and she loves it!. she's had it for a while now and uses it all the time. She says it is the most comfortable vest ever!. It is very well made, as are most Ibex products. she lives in the Santa Barbra area and uses it for walking the dog in the beach, hiking, and Gardening. All she needs is this vest and a med. weight long sleeve t-shirt,and she able to combat the occasional 50 degree ish weather in her area. she is 5'2 120 lbs. and i got her the red heather in med. fits great, looks great.
