Icebreaker Sizing Chart
Measurements refer to body size not garment dimensions. For information on how to measure, please see diagram below.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE
If your measurements are close to two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
If your body measurements result in different sizes, we recommend using your chest measurement for tops and your hip measurement for pants.
Chest Measurement: Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest/bust.
Waist Measurement: Place the measuring tape at your natural waist, the narrowest point on your torso.
Hip Measurement: Place the measuring tape around the fullest point on your hips.

Warm, comfortable active sweater
November 17, 2011
(...these are my husband's comments, as this was ordered for him...) Zip-neck offers versatility of ventilation with increased activity. The relatively-heavy knit provides excellent warmth, and the thumb loops are a nice addition for especially brisk outings. Fit is just right for my size (6'2", 175-lbs, ordered size L).
Love this jacket!

At first I wasn't too sure about this jacket. It seemed tight esp around the neck It sat in the draw for a month before i actually wore it out. I am glad I took a chance and didn't send it back because I love this jacket! It is soft, warm and looks great. I get compliments on it all the time from people at work and girls. I wear this out every day and and its super comfy. The neck is a little tight on me. But after awhile it seems to be stretching a bit. I sill would prefer a little more room around the neck bit I wouldn't trade this jacket for anything. It fits snug like a wet suite. Thats what keeps you so warm. Its light weight and good for hiking or climbing. Icebreaker RocksPros: comfy, stylish, warm, light weifght
Nicely crafted product. Warm and wicks well.

I bought this product primarily as a midlayer. I've found it to be very comfortable, warm and to wick very nicely. The thumb holes are great for really cold days, but retract nicely when not in use. I have a 41" chest and the sizing of a medium is a conformed fit, not too tight, not too loose. I can slide a 1/2 zip fleece over it for super cold days without having it bunch up or becoming restrictive. I'm impressed with the quality, really well made. I would definitely recommend.

Wool and a tight fit are best and this delivers. You have to be careful with the zipper, though. The colors are limited, but I bought the green one with small stripes and it looks good.Pros: fit, Cons: weak zipper
A Standard Sweater
December 18, 2010
This is the kind of sweater that would replace your old, bulkier-kind of sweater, because it is a heavy sweater. What I particularly like about it is the collar--it isn't too tight, but is light and fluffy. It also stays down, when you fold it. What I also like is the hem: it is narrow to your hips and flat lying against your body. The sleeve length is also very good. And of course the wool is soft, like all Icebreaker products. The only concern I have is that the pin-stripe design on the sleeve will loose its cosmetic beauty very quickly. I prefer solid designs, rather than this kind-of flashy appearance. But besides that, I have no reservation about this sweater.Pros: nice fit, material texture, functionable, Cons: price, questionable fashion
sleek and warm!

I got this as a gift for my brother, who is 6' tall, athletic and lives in Tokyo where winters are wet and cold. He loves it for the warmth and stylish cut, which is a plus in that uber-fashion-conscious city. I liked the racing stripes down the arms, and I know from my own Icebreaker sweater that it can go seamlessly from trails to cocktails. Five stars!
a great product
