Good socks
February 27, 2013
They weren't super thin, but still were comfortable in my ski boot. After washing them once they got a little frizzled so I hope they last long enough!

I bought this pair of ski sock and used it on my last ski trip. I was comfortable, warm and fit well. I have use many different brand of ski sock but so far the Icebreaker is one of the best. The wool is quality and the design is good looking. Highly recommend, it is a good brand.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Cons: CostFavorite Ski Socks!

These socks are very comfortable, not too tight, kept my feet warm at the slopes and just did their job. Merino is the bomb, and they are thin enough where you can wear another sock over or under these for extra warmth. Pros: Fits like a dress sock and is easy to squeeze into my super tight boots. Plenty of padding, but only where it is needed Very breathable and keeps the feet dry, but they are still able retain some heat (I used these in -12F temps and had no problems). Cons: Havent found one yet! Overall: The best sock at an amazing price.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Great valuesimply the best...

Over the past two years I have tried all the higher end ski socks and I think this is my favorite. I am continuing to use them for Spring golf when the temperature is in the 40's. I wear a size 10 shoe and the large size fits perfectly.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, warm but light, non itch wool/comfortFantastic ski socks

Not only big enough for a larger man's foot, but they didn't shrink after several washings. Have had poor luck with high end socks remaining large enough and these perform well. Very comfortable in a ski boot. No need for additional padding from a sock...at least for me.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, don't shrinkGood Ski Sock

Good light ski sock. Keeps your feet nice and dry. However, make sure you check out the size chart becasue these socks fit a little different than the Smartwool brand.
Pros: Build qualityFavorite skiing socks

I purchased these socks before heading out to Breckenridge for a week. Turned out to be the best purchase I made. Not only did they keep all my toes warm (even though it was spring, it felt more like winter skiing) and not bunch, but the best part is that at the end of the week, they didn't even stink! Good luck finding a pair of socks that you can wear 8 hours/day without washing for an entire week that you don't want to throw out. Merino is a wonderful product. If you haven't tried and Icebreaker yet, you should!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueGreat Ski Socks!

I was a little apprehensive after reading the other reviews that these might be too thick. I prefer thin ski socks and have been wearing the thinnest Smartwool ski socks in the past. My Smartwools were a little rough on my feet, so I was hoping these would be both softer and warmer, and they definitely are! These are relatively thin socks, but with a slight amount of extra cushioning in the right places. Also, since each sock is right or left foot specific, they fit better in the toes than other socks. Now my favorite ski socks and I have tried a wide variety!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Great value, comfortable, warmFebruary 10, 2011
These Icebreaker Skier Plus Lite Over The Calf socks are comfortable. They fit well. They are warm. There is no bunching at the toes or heels. Time will tell about the durability.
