The merino wool fabric had a pleasant feel against the skin and the item seemed well-made. However, the buttons on the Henley placket were very small and quite difficult to operate. Also the sizing ran about a size small. So it was returned.

I already own a couple Oasis crew necks (my favorite fall/winter baselayer) and was happy to add the henley to my collection. It has the usual Icebreaker quality construction and the blue color is lovely. Great warmth for the weight. I normally wear a small in their regular fit but go up to medium for the slimmer-fitting Bodyfit series in case I want to layer -- this shirt is no exception. (I'm 5'7" and 125lb.) Here's to looking good on the trail without the stink!
