High quality long underwear

I love Icebreaker products. I bought it to wear under ski pants for cold days. I like the fact that it is light and warm. It will be replaced my old bulky long john with this one. I am 137 lb and 5'4" tall. I bought a medium size. It feels little tight. I am wondering a large size might be better fit.
