Icebreaker Sizing Chart
Measurements refer to body size not garment dimensions. For information on how to measure, please see diagram below.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE
If your measurements are close to two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
If your body measurements result in different sizes, we recommend using your chest measurement for tops and your hip measurement for pants.
Chest Measurement: Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest/bust.
Waist Measurement: Place the measuring tape at your natural waist, the narrowest point on your torso.
Hip Measurement: Place the measuring tape around the fullest point on your hips.

Make my running bra wool please!
July 27, 2012
I never dreamed I'd be sporting a wool running bra but here I am, sporting a wool running bra and loving every minute I wear it. Great support, fabulous color, very comfortable and no funk despite a two day hike in the Maine woods in July! I am a sports wool convert and Icebreaker makes terrific products. Highly recommend.Pros: Great design, Performance

low impact bra from Icebreaker
October 26, 2013
I LOVE Icebreaker clothing, and have a number of their Sprite underwear, which are holding up very well (including the elastic band). I wear a size Small in Icebreaker tops (5'6" 120 lb), and got a Small Sprite bra. The fit wasn't right for me and I returned it: circumference was okay but bra was too short from the shoulder strap to the elastic band below the bust (on me it didn't quite clear my bust, and I'm definitely not busty). Perhaps this would be a better fit for petites or juniors than average-sized women. I suspect a Medium on me would be too loose, so I opt not to pursue the Sprite bra further. Also, even with a proper fit, I can't imagine this being more supportive than low impact or a sleeping bra. Good quality product, though.Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of use, Cons: Low performance
merino wool for sports
November 29, 2012
This is an excellent product for fitness, wicks sweat away quickly and can be reused multiple times before washing. The merino wool has many thermal advantages as well as good "transpiration" qualities.Pros: Performance, Cons: none
Good Hiking Bra
May 06, 2012
I bought the Sprite Racerback for backpacking--I wanted something breathable and comfortable for all-day use over multiple days--and it definitely fits the bill. This bra has a less-restrictive fit than your standard sports bra, which I was looking for. It's supportive enough for low-impact activities like hiking and yoga, but it definitely couldn't be used for running. It appears to be the usual high quality expected from Icebreaker. Sizing: I'm a 34D and usually a medium. I originally ordered this a size up based on reviews of the Icebreaker Rush Bra that said it ran small (I could find no reviews about sizing for this bra). This one definitely does NOT run small; I exchanged the large for my usual medium, and the medium fits great.
Great lightweight bra
March 17, 2013
This bra excels in 3 season use for lower impact activities, but if it gets colder or you need something a bit more supportive, the 260 weight bra is a better option. It's best use is for hiking, trekking, snowshoeing when moving fast and it's great for climbing as well. As mentioned it is not great if you want support, but that's not the purpose of this bra. The wicking is great and it stops you from getting chilled when you sit down for a bit after exercising hard.Pros: Great design
Not flattering or supportive for 34D/36C
December 17, 2012
I am between a 34D and 36C (depending on the bra), and should have known better than to purchase this bra, but I really wanted a wool bra. It ended up being very unsupportive and gave me the smashed "uni-boob" look, so I sent it back. FYI...I eventually discovered that Ibex has a similar bra, that ended up working much better for me (still not ideal but I kept it). Hopefully these companies will eventually figure out how to make a woolen bra for bustier women!
