Even if your kayak is brand new, it will benefit from a coat of this! Greatly improves the appearance of the hull, in addition to the protection it offers. I bought the small bottle and it took quite awhile to coat the whole yak since each spray from the little opening covers a small area, but it's worth the effort.

Is this Handy? - Yes - No
Great product for protecting plastic, fiberglass, etc. McNett is very easy to use. I just spray a very fine mist onto my kayak and buff lightly with a rag. It actually helps to clean the scum out of a kayak too --somehow my wife's fiberglass wants to pick up stuff from the lake. I got very immdediate results, the boats shine and become very slippery like having hand wax for your car. I am getting more of this product.
