I had another jacket from Isis I wore out over the past 3 years, and this one is even better. It is lightweight, water repellent, and warm enough for our mild winters, and likely perfect (if you add a scarf in chillier weather) all year round in Seattle, rain, snow, and sometimes even summer. The color is beautiful, and I like the polka dot lining to add some light fun. The inside pockets are big enough to keep important things dry when you get caught out in the rain. My old jacket had a light fleece lining in the pockets, that is the only thing I miss--this one's pockets feel more like nylon. I have only had it for a week, so I can't comment on wear over time.

Great light down jacket

Bought one of these for my wife...now she wears it everywhere. Bought two more for other family members. Everyone loves the look and fit. The sizes seem to run true. This is not a heavy down jacket. It's quite thin and light. Good for spring and fall or for layering. The same jacket is offered with a hood, which some people may prefer.

Isis products are the BEST!!! They are "built" for women, by women ... and have "nailed" it!!! The fit is absolutely "perfect"... the construction..."the finest"!!! Along with and absolutely "perfect" product... Isis adds such "wonderful" touches to their product, like "bubbles" in the lining of the jacket or "swirls"!!! This jacket is "fun and functional" a JOY to WEAR!!! Don't miss out on "PERFECTION"!!!

I'm very happy with the quality of this jacket. It's much better than the Eddie Bower Accent brand down jacket I have where all the feathers are coming out. I have another Isis jacket (kind of a sweater type) that I just love and wear a lot.

Great jacket, but the lining!

I loved everything about this jacket, but the lining. What does not show in the picture, is that it is a white background with multi-color designs. It shows unless the jacket is zipped all the way up. And if you wear the jacket unzipped, a lot shows. I could not deal with it. Shame because the quality, fit, warmth, and appearaance when fully zipped are all outstanding. I wish they had used same color as outside or just black for the lining. I hope they change this for next year, then it would be perfect.

I'm glad to see that someone at Isis decided to get rid of that ugly lining (at. least thats what I see in the current picture). Otherwise this is a great jacket! Warm, light and fits very well. But the inside is meant for 15-17 year olds, and very childish ones if that- some bubbly colorful thing... bahhh
