not really non-stick :(
The pan seemed like it was going to be a fantastic addition to my cooking system, as I LOVE my JetBoil. Unfortunately though, I had to return it, as the 'non stick' coating didn't work so great for me. It was nearly impossible to clean in camp (I tried boiling water in the pan to 'soak' and lift the stuck on gunk - it was only marginally successful).

Great Pan
Jet Boil does it again. Heats evenly and does not burn the center like other pans we have used. The lid and bottom cover are great plates. Having a Jet Boil fry pan has given us a lot more options for food.

Awesome!
This is something you must have with your Jetboil. Though it could of been made better it still works well.

Light Weight and Works Great
Jetboil makes great products. I like the Fry Pan because it is light weight and food does not stick when cooking. Would highly recommend.

Great addition to Jetboil
Thought the weight tradeoff was pretty much what was expected for me. The pan worked great, made some pancakes for breakfast.....can't beat that in the backcountry. Just make sure you get the stability kit when you buy this.

Love Jet Boil products
I used it last week during an overnighter in the Sespe Range (SoCal). The pan and all my Jet Boil equipment worked great. The pan cleaned up easily. My only reason for giving 4 *'s instead of five is weight. Otherwise, I love my JetBoil equipment.
